Carmelo Rivas has been in the business for more than ten years. He was born in Almeria, Spain, and has been the advisor of many Restaurants and Bars in several countries. Some of them are Harry’s, Bribones, Héreo, Mexico Carlotta Hotel, Puntal del Norte, and several others.

He is considered one of the best Mixologists in the business. He has his firm in Spain, “Living Room – Bar Coctelería”, offering presential and digital experiences to many corporates and individuals. He has been giving Masterclasses to clients of corporations like Nestlé and Google.

Carmelo has worked for recognized worldwide companies as Beam Suntory, Siropes Giffard, and Gin Puerto de Indios.
